1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on 567bed, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Rule. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 567bed. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or another name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without compensation.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 567bed will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions. 3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or market rules. Balances remaining after settlement will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and identity verification requirements.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 567bed currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the deposits page within your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification checks in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.3 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 567bed account are your own personal funds, that you are the legitimate account holder of the payment method used, and that no deposited funds originate from illegal activity of any kind.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Determination of such conduct rests with 567bed and is final.

5.4 Amendments. 567bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by eligible players, except where continued operation of the promotion would place 567bed in breach of any applicable requirement or obligation.

6 Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

6.2 RNG Integrity. 6.4 Bet Cancellation. 567bed reserves the right to void any bet or transaction placed as a result of a manifest error, systems failure, or data feed error. Where bets are voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. No compensation will be payable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.

7 Intellectual Property

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Platform Availability. 567bed endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control including acts of God, network outages, or force majeure events.

8.2 No Warranty. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 567bed's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10 Suspension, Termination, and Enforcement

10.1 Our Rights. 567bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false registration information; the account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; or continued operation of the account would expose 567bed to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

10.2 Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 567bed reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals associated with that account. Where no breach has occurred and the closure is initiated by 567bed without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

10.3 Appeals. If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit an appeal in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure. We will review all appeals within a reasonable timeframe and communicate our decision in writing.

11 Amendments to These Terms

567bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 567bed following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute between you and 567bed, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be submitted to binding arbitration.
